Huawei
has just announced a new quad-core smartphone after they showcased
its upcoming quad-core high-end smartphone the Ascend D2 and Ascend
Mate phablet devices at Consumer Electronics 2013 which is held at Las Vegas few days ago.
According
to the report, Huawei Mobile have plan to released a cost-friendly
device which offers a quad-core processor under the hood. To be
specific, Huawei G520 powered by Mediatek MT6589 chips with 512MB of
RAM, and microSD card slot for memory expansion. Sporting a 4.5 inch
IPS capacitive multi-touch screen display, 5 megapixel rear camera
with LED flash and runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich mobile
platform or maybe a newer version of Android OS which the company did
not mentioning.
